Very fast hiring process, sent in resume Sunday, spoke to recruiter on Monday (in local language required for position), had a panel interview via Skype on Thursday, and received the initial offer that Friday.

Staff performing interview were friendly and knowledgeable enough; asked appropriate interview questions while being able to also provide answers to questions I asked. That said, it didn't seem as if it was being taken too seriously and I expected more professionalism from an organization dedicated to safety/security/emergency analysis and response. No further contact initiated by them after establishing a (vague) timeline of next steps that included their follow-up.

The process was handled professionally and efficiently. The recruiter and hiring manager were responsive and communicated with me in a timely manner at every stage. All interviewees clearly conveyed the responsibilities of the role as well as their expectations. Overwhelmingly positive hiring process from start to finish.

Corporate Recruiter Mr. G. Cruz was incredibly personable throughout the interview/screening process. He was able to answer all my questions in a clear and understandable fashion. He was very knowledgeable with both the position at hand and the company itself. He gave clear expectations of what a candidate would need to be successful in the role I was applying for.

Questions were centered around previous experiences in the field I was applying for. I felt that all questions were appropriate, applicable and fair. Plenty of time was given to provide answers and to ask follow up questions. Overall a very positive and professional experience that reflects on the type of people that the organization has working for it.
