Straightforward interview with no nonsense, all information explained clearly. Personnel was very polite and direct. The position and duties were explained thoroughly and all questions and concerned were answered. Overall a positive experience.

Interview was on Microsoft teams. Interviewer seemed highly disinterested in having the conversation, which was super off putting since she was the HR recruiter! She asked vague questions and seemed perturbed by each of my answers. The interview process was also excessive for a role that paid less than my current nonprofit job at an org of similar prestige - when I asked if there was room to negotiate, she said “no, that’s why it’s a range from 70-75k.” I was told I needed to complete an hour long writing test before advancing to the next round. They also needed five references who could rank my skill set on a scale of 1-10 across various indicators. I withdrew my application after the screen call because I was left with such a negative impression of the org.
