I applied online and was contacted a week later to set up a phone screen. The recruiter was super nice and sociable. The location I was applying to was planning to open soon but it looks like that still hasn't happened. My only major issue was that the recruiter set up a tentative time for a second round interview and then I was ghosted until I got the position has closed email.
