Phone interview by HR and in person interview with the supervisor. The job was not offered because my current salary could not be matched. Then it was offered at a lower rate. I declined. Then a higher salary was offered and I accepted. I never heard back and the job was posted again.

Entrevista
There was an initial phone conversation for about 30 minutes. It went smoothly. After moving to the second stage I was interviewed by two individuals via video conference. I later received an automated response that I was not selected. For the time I allocated to the interview process, it felt lacking in attention to receive a generated response. I also sent a follow up email to ask for feedback and was never responded to.
