Did an on campus interview with two people. Got selected for a Mill fair where I then had to sell myself to other mills to get drafted for their location. During that time I went through two more interviews. A 1:1 and a 2:1. I also did a group task where I got evaluated on how well I work with others.

The interview process was good overall. I went over two round of interviews. Both with very similar format. STAR format. No technical questions where asked during the interviews. Overall it was a very good interview.

Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
