Applied through my university's career center. Interviewed at my university ~5 days after the career fair, and received a job offer later that day. They asked mostly behavioral questions about dealing with conflict and working with others in a group setting.

How would you approach/handle working with operators who have been at the plant for several years?
Fairly easy and accommodating. Felt like they
really wanted to get to know me. They were kind after I accepted another offer. There are lots of stages to the interview though. At least 3 I think.
