Applied via international paper website got a call 2 weeks later to come in for aptitude test...test was about 2 hours basic skills test and personality quiz followed up with a hr interview and got email same day to setup next interview

Nice staff. Great questions regarding experience revolving around the job position you are applying for. Offices or facilities are clean and the management made the interview process welcoming rather than overwhelming.

I had a panel of 3 people where they ask general questions about my work history and what I could do. One of the people was from H R and the other 2 were employees.
