Very friendly interviewing atmosphere, kind of informal. At the time they interviewed a lot of potential instructors to build their pool of available instructors. I got an offer about two months later to work for them at the site of a federal employer. During the interview process it felt like, they were more interested in my teaching philosophy than actual experience. It was not really possible to negotiate the salary during the interview process
