Good interview process. Probing follow-up questions and about 4-5 interviewers. The questions were related to the job I was applying for. I was also given the day before the interview and asked to come prepared to discuss. Again, this scenario was directly related to the job. One critique would be the amount of time from applying to being offered the position. I applied in August, didn't have my first interview until November, went through a few rounds of interviews, then was offered the position mid-December. That is a very long process.
