For a CLA, I was called in for a in person interview, skipping over phone/digital interview platforms. You then meet with the lab managers, they are kind, and normal people to that you can easily connect with.

Two interviewers read questions off a prepared paper, interview was easy going, not too many follow up questions. Met with me promptly at scheduled time, took about 30 minutes total.
