Time consuming. Multiple (4) interviews with multiple (5) people in the department in the first round. The fact that this was all “first round” was not explained until a follow up email was sent. Seemed disorganized. First interview was with the director who provided a case study prior to the meeting, which was nice and was helpful while preparing for the interview. Big focus on “innovation” and my approach to innovating existing workflows, processes, and procedures. I got the vibe that this interview structure is not how it’s usually done, and think the experience was a little unusual.
