I had three separate interviews. HR, The Hiring Manager, and the Director in that order. The first two were outstanding. The interview felt less like an interrogation and more like a naturally flowing conversation. The last interview, the lady’s vibe was all wrong. She never turned her camera on so I was staring at a black box, She kept asking me the same questions over and over again, I guess to deter me from wanted the job. At the end, they didn’t select me (surprised?) the Director lied on me. Smh
