I had a screening from the HR department and then a follow-up with the hiring manager and a lead employee. I appreciated the interview process at this company. The HR screen was informative and I learned a lot about the organization. The company seems enthusiastic about their employees and shows it through the benefits and employee advocacy. The more formal phone interview was thoughtful and thorough. I felt they asked great questions about my background and experience and were concerned about enthusiasm for the position. They explained all the aspects of the job and it seemed like an exciting and diverse opportunity. I was invited for an in-house interview to meet the team but unfortunately had already accepted another offer and the timing didn't work. I would recommend this experience to others searching for an exciting, hands-on opportunity.
