There were two clinical managers present. It was very chill. I took most of the time to interview them about the position rather than the other way around. They were open and honest.

There was no interview, I was hired on the spot because I already had worked with interim and had many years of experience. At the time I interviewed the clinical supervisor that was there was very nice and accommodating.
