My interview process with Interface was by far the best experience of all the interviews that I took part in. The entire team was encouraging and engaging throughout the whole process. All of the steps were clear and they were very responsive. I was never left wondering! I instantly new this was a team I wanted to be a part of.

HR team handled first screening interview, then I was invited to have a meeting with my direct manager, who made a decision to move further in hiring process. In total there were 3 or 4 rounds of interviews, all were very professional, friendly and transparent. The next step was always discussed at the end of the call/meeting so I was not left in the dark. The whole process was seamless and team was very proactive and efficient.
