I applied online and heard back within a couple weeks for an interview. The first interview was a standard phone screening, the next was a video interview where I was asked about my past experiences and was told more about the role. A week later I got a call saying I got the position.

I was initially contacted by a headhunter for this position. After going through the headhunters, after about 1.5 months, I was informed that InterDesign had pulled the job from the headhunters. About 1-2 weeks after that, HR at InterDesign reached out to me directly in regards to this position.
I went through a phone screen with a HR person at InterDesign. During the phone screen it was clear the HR person didn't know much about the nuts and bolts of the job itself and was unable to answer several questions. Our conversation was about 15 minutes. I was then scheduled for a face to face interview where I was lead to believe it would be with the hiring manager (I even re-scheduled the interview for this person).
I showed up for the interview, which ended up being with the same HR person I had performed the phone screen with. When I asked about the hiring manager and when I would meet him, I was told there would be another interview after this one in which the decision would be made after that. This in person interview was for an hour at one of their facilities.
About a week or two later of not hearing anything, I sent a follow-up email and in short order was sent a standard rejection form letter from a general HR email.
My personal impression is that they are not organized and have un-needless bureaucracy. I dealt with 2 HR people; one that scheduled and I talked to once, and the other that I actually met with. Given the lack of professionalism, the headhunter to direct contact for the position over a time period of ~3 months, and the switch and bait (or at the least lack of clarity even though I did ask questions about agenda) in terms of agenda and process for my in person interview, I would not recommend this company.
