The first interview was done with a brief phone call and then proceeded to a Zoom interview which lasted for about 30 min. The Zoom interview had more detailed questions. The interviewer was very friendly.

You have a phone interview then a zoom call interview. Once you're hired training is about 3 weeks long over zoom. After training you have to complete a quiz to be able to start work. The hours are pretty flexible
