Two different screen tests 1) predictive index survey ( P.S. horrible way of screening someone for a company, the worst out of the history of job hunting, this company is looking for people who have the personality of not living a life but living a life staying in a cave and coding like biggest code monkey ) 2) 60 min closed book technical java questions about the language ( good technical test, pretty reasonable and tests your skills set in Java ) I completed the predictive index and technical test, within 5 minutes i got a rejection email. I thought I did pretty well on this, because i got almost all of questions correct and I was pretty confident. Once i contacted why i got rejected right away, I was told because of the predictive index questions answer. Predictive index test consist of two questions one about your work ethics personality and your general personality. Quick suggestion to everyone who is trying, this company IS NOT LOOKING FOR ANY LITTLE BIT OUTGOING PERSONALITY, they are looking for people that complete opposite so be aware.

The interview process had 3 coding test than 1 PI test. After all things hard work you will 3 technical interviews of 1.5 hrs as well. I would say its a very long process and totally based on your luck if you are a good coder and if you are not good at coding than may be clear initial coding test will be tough for you.
