The interview was unprofessional and unreliable in every sense of the word. Before you even apply, they ask you to sit through a 20-minute video and then type a message telling them how interested you are. I did all of that. They reached out telling me I had put a smile on their faces and that they'd love to hear more. Then I was given a written test which had 10 questions. I spent several hours crafting the best answers possible and submitted them. A few days later they reached out again and told me I had been selected from over 400 applicants and scheduled the first cultural fit interview a week from then. One day before the interview they canceled it and said my application wasn't up to their standards. There was no explanation. There was no feedback or anything. I asked for the reasoning and I've been ghosted ever since. They value their own time so much that they don't even bother to talk to you for the first 3 stages. I still went along because I was really interested in their mission and they ghosted me without feedback.
