I watched their application video, and applied online by sending an email. They have several phases of interviews, as clearly described on their website. I only was in phase 1 and unfortunately didn't progress further. I appreciated the communication throughout the process. They let me know when they had recieved each part of my application and when they were reviewing it. It was a difficult interview, but for good reasons. They want to be thorough in assessing their employees because they're really looking for specific types of people. If you're one of those types of people, you'll probably appreciate their interview process.
