I don't like the process. They didn't make it clear that OPT is not allowed until I finished 2 rounds of interview. And the first round was an exam like test that tested your understanding of a "make up" language. To me, it's neither technical nor does it require any skill / thinking.

Two online assessment tests as others have described. After that, there was a phone interview. The recruiter was offensive, rude, and had assumptions/stereotypes that affected how she perceived me. The emotional immaturity of the recruiter was evident. Don't waste your time unless you have no other company to interview for.

First three rounds were an online assessment testing logic, a hypothetical programming language, and arithmetic skills. Then, I had a phone screen with a recruiter who told me that there will be two rounds of video interviews after this and then an onsite. I never received the video interviews
