I was contacted by a recruiter after I posted my resume on the company website. Was called for an on-site interview which consisted of four 1:1 interviews with the technical staff. They all asked technical questions related to my field. The interviewers were courteous and technically very sound. Most of the employees were middle-aged and older, although the company was full of young interns during the summer. I liked the overall atmosphere in the company and the flexible work schedules.
