It took so much time that I had 3 offers in my hand before they could come back and ask for a final interview. I told them about the offers and still the day recruiter pushed me for interview. When I finally agreed she gave me a time slot for next telephonic day. I didn't got any call. It got postponed 2 times after that. Then when the call do came and they offered me the job the salary was below the minimum offer I was already holding. After i tried to negotiate, the recruiter again was invisible for 4 days. When I shamelessly asked myself about it, she said she will get it done to a middle ground figure and said will send me the offer by day end. I only received an email after 3 days saying they have information that I joined another company (which I did) and hence cannot make an offer. All in all, it was great entertainment if you had spare time. Also, their director is downright rude.

I began my career with a virtual interview consisting of a single round. Since I was applying as a fresher, the interview focused primarily on assessing my communication skills rather than technical expertise. After successfully joining the organization, I went on to build my professional journey there, contributing for 4.3 years and gaining valuable experience across multiple responsibilities.

Entrevista
Recruiter called and scheduled the interview.
She did not breif the rounds, for laterals 3+ rounds including Apti (which was quite unbelievable)
Recruiter did not even show the courtesy to treat candidate nicely.
she was busy in earphones and personal calls.
As I'm recruiter i know how a candidate should be treated.
Did not like the atmosphere.
Initially Expected CTC was mentioned clearly, then during F2F manager mentioned we do not have such budget.
