Very disorganized. Was contacted for an interview and the 'recruiter' changed the time multiple times. I arrived and was greeted by a dirty office and unkempt employees. They did not seem to know what they were looking for in a candidate. The interview itself was about 10-15 minutes and there was no clear direction at the end.
