The Interview was canceled with the excuse from the recruiter: "You will put me in a bad light". I have Tourrete's Syndrome and they thought that my tics would influence their relationship with the client during the training (which is like a month with the client on Zoom as far as I remember) I see this as discrimination, but I personally don't want to work with clients on voice for this specific reason, so I don't mind. At least they had the decency to let me know 2 hours before the interview instead of ghosting me which I genuinely appreciate.
