Multiple rounds of redundant questions that were all over the place. I was heavily interviewing at multiple companies while still working my old job full time. The recruiter I met with was very condescending and made multiple “complaints” about my experience and resume, mostly saying that he thought I would be over qualified. Of course took this in stride and responded professionally with enthusiasm for the role but this was an odd call out. The recruiter would tell me I’d hear from him by x date explicitly, and it would be a week behind this date so I’d assume I’d been ghosted. He’d then reach out a few more days after as if nothing happened, and ask me to meet right away that day or the next day. General disregard for my schedule and for deadlines he had imposed. I still continued to take this in stride as I worked through my job search. The recruiter did not call or email but would text me. No other job I was interviewing with texted me, nor did this company ask if I was okay with being reached via text. It was very casual and felt unprofessional- I was definitely uncomfortable with this. When I met with the team leader and ceo, they did not echo any of the concerns the first representative had “warned” me about. All interviews besides the oddities of the recruiter had gone well. Finally, again days after the deadline I’d been given, the recruiter texted me about the final step being a project. Some companies I was speaking to had projects and some did not- I had no issue putting in a few hours to complete high quality, compelling projects for other companies. Intellibright’s project was so vague and disjointed yet required a deep mastery of the role and internal processes, it also required hours more work than had been mentioned and many more deliverables than are appropriate for an interview. The ask of this deliverable was laughably extreme. By this point I had seen enough red flags and I also had received multiple other offers from companies who respected my time, followed their own given time tables, and communicated with me professionally. I professionally and respectfully declined to move forward (via email) and never heard a work back from the recruiter. This told me everything I needed to know about how I would have been treated as an employee. Never forget in an interview, the employee is interviewing the company just as much as the inverse. Also- their pay and PTO are both egregiously bad. You turn away top talent with bad interview experiences and sub par benefits packages .

      Pregunta 1

Basic things , all rounds of interviews extremely redundant . The project was an inappropriate ask- far too much time and insider info for an interview.

7 months is a long time between your Interview and the feedback you have posted here. In that time, we've come a long way. We do have a new recruiting agency that we are very fond of and I'll apologize for any unprofessionalism you may have received from our former agency. As for the redundancy, I'll say that is in part by design. We are looking for people that are both highly qualified and will be a good fit for the team. As such, we have multiple people do interviews that may be asking some similar questions. We have 3 parts to hiring. 2 half hour interviews and a final one hour interview which has a very high percentage of hiring as we've usually narrowed candidates down to 2-3 finalists. Our final interview is always some element of what your job will be. We give you a real company with fake data. We're less interested in the exact answers and more interested in your thought process in putting together your answers. We're growing fast and are building an incredible team. If 2 hours of meetings and 2-3 hours working on an assignment for which you have a 33% or better chance of getting the job is too much, we're probably not a great fit. We have a great work-life balance, 100% health insurance, higher than average pay, the opportunity for options, and a strong vacation package. This, too, has improved since your interview over 7 months ago. All this being said, we're not perfect. We are constantly trying to improve our process and do take this kind of feedback to heart. We thank you for considering us, we apologize for the experience not being what you would have expected, and will always strive to be better.
