They are the most id**t people I have ever seen. Let's start with the first day, I went there for Interview, the first round was written test in which Section A consists of 4 words, out of which only one was correct, after the evaluation of the test, they mark it wrong, when I asked them they said it is the wrong spelling which you marked, I asked the HR to google its spelling and she got speechless when she checked its correct spelling on the google (the one which I marked was correct). I cleared that round and then had next and final round with the senior person, OMG his English was a disaster for my ears, but after various unnecessary and time wasting questions they told me that they will inform me. 3 months passed and I got a call, hey! are you still looking for a job. I said ‘yes’. HR said come tomorrow, as your interview had already happened, so we will have some salary discussions and provide you offer letter. I went there and asked why you didn’t hire me at that time, that person said, “because you were working that time and you asked for 1 month notice period”, I was like..so, at that time 1 month was a big issue and now you are calling the same candidate after 3 months, haven’t you got any other? We had some salary discussions and he said ok 18k is fine? I was happy with that and they ask me to wait outside for 5 min so that they can provide me the offer letter. They called me in the cabin and said, “we are hiring more candidates in other profiles too, when we are done we’ll call you”. I cant explain how angry I was, “you said that I can join from Monday”. HR replied, may be it will take 1 month or 2 months or more, you can wait for us or you can search some other, and we will also provide you offer letter at that time only. So why the hell you told me to come and take my offer letter, you just wasted my time. She said you can wait..and that’s all. Today, it is nearly 4 months and didn’t receive any call from them. Just wasted my whole day for their entertainment. Still wondering why the hell they called me for providing the offer letter? Stop doing time pass by unnecessary calling people and waste their time. you may be free and don't have any work to do. but other people are not. Actually, I also want to thank you, because if you selected me that day and provided me offer letter I wouldn't be able to hunt a job in MNC (among top 10 companies in India).
