All staff were being retained on the contract per the customer. The company hired staff for the wrong positions and then offered more senior staff the lower positions and acted like the salary requests were too high. Never came with formal offers or even any actual salary discussion. They had no idea the contract involved cleared facilities or clearances required. I dodged a bullet. From speaking with retained staff their benefits are terrible and they're paying over double what they have paid for insurance at other companies. This is the type of company that acts like every penny they pay is being stolen from them. It's a shame because the customer deserves so much better.
