Actually there is NO PROCESS !!
HR coordinators calls for interview which is actually a walk-in and you end up waiting for hours. I have waited for 3.5 hours. My experience with other companies is that they do not call senior profiles in walk-ins, they give specific date, time and arrange to meet specific persons.
No screening of resume. Interviewer sees your resume just 5 min before interview and interviewer is already exhausted meeting over 30 people.

- I have already selected the person I want and you are not that person (than why the waiting and the interview)
- We do not have position for your domain / expertise (than I should not have been called)
- We do not need skills in business analysis techniques, we just check domain knowledge (than this position should be called Domain Consultant and not Business Analyst)

The process consisted of three rounds: the first focused on domain-related checks, followed by a documentation task, and the final round with senior management, which was a techno-managerial discussion. I am now awaiting confirmation to proceed to the HR discussion

Three rounds of domain regarding market,policies and wealth management .first rounds was HR rounds with behavior based questions.sexond round was technical on the financial instruments and last round also technical where depth understanding of market was asked
