Interview process was fairly straight forward. Initial interview asked basic questions about my background and relevant experience. Second interview was more of a technical interview where there was specific questions about how I would go about handling different scenarios relevant to my job. Final interview was with more senior management, seemed to be a mix of culture fit questions and some technical questions.

Phone Screen that was very basic and easy. Second step was a 3 hour on site interview that I drove 3 hours from Indianapolis to do. Interview was pretty simple, the interviewers were very nice and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time there. I completed the coding challenge early and even added some extra stuff for them. They seemed very pleased and I left feeling great! Unfortunately, that was the last of my good experiences with IEL. They kept me waiting to hear back for about 2 weeks despite me being told I would hear back within a few days. Their recruiter told me that they were extending the interview process to see more candidates but that I shouldn't be worried. I was continually reassured by there recruiter that they loved me and that I was the only one to complete their coding challenge. Because of this I turned down other time sensitive offers and even kept other companies waiting. After two weeks of patiently waiting my recruiter informed me, via text message, that they were going with someone else. Very frustrating to say the least.
