The interview process was very thorough, but ultimately rewarding. They want the very best individuals, both professionally and personally. This is almost immediately evident in the interview process. Start to finish about 4-6 weeks from application to offer. Phone interview, on-site interview with local office, then a whole day interview at the corporate office in Chicago. Throughout the process I felt very welcomed and everyone I met was really genuine and just great overall. This will be one of the first things you notice about IPM - the quality of the people. They did their best to make me very comfortable during the flight and stay in Chicago for the corporate interview. The final interview includes a panel presentation. Take this as a serious opportunity to learn about yourself, your path, and how you can contribute to IPMs culture. Interview with the CEO is standard - be prepared to know yourself deeply as a person and fully put that on the table; this was one of my favorite parts of the interview process. It took a couple days after the final interview to get the offer. Overall, a very warm and engaging process I won't forget!

The process was fairly straight forward. 1 phone screen with a corporate recruiter, 2 personality based interviews with management in my local office (both 1 hour and on the same day), and followed by a remote series of interviews. The series of interviews took place on an entire day and consisted of 2 1 hour personality based interviews (one of which was with the CEO), 1.5 hour panel presentation with 3 panelists, and 1 hour discussion with a current consultant (this interview has no basis on your hiring, it was there for me to ask any and all questions that I might have). This entire process took roughly a month from the initial phone screening to me accepting the offer.
