4 conversational interviews, all scheduled promptly. 5th and final panel interview with a prepped presentation as the task. No feedback provided at any interview stage. Most disappointing was no feedback was provided after the final interview. I only received a stock automated system email saying they were going with another candidate. Given the time and effort candidates expend, this is so poor. A personal call with meaningful feedback is the most courteous thing to do.. I’m gutted to not get the job but disappointed and disillusioned at the lack of respect towards candidates.
