One of the most positive experiences so far. A helpful and honest screening call after which I received an invitation to the next round.
I want to restore balance in this section by saying that my second interview with Imogen was quite pleasant. It was warm and conversational and a lot of time was dedicated to my questions about the company which were answered in great detail.
I received an automated rejection two days later.
Overall I felt welcomed and would like to work with them in the future if the opportunity arises.
Long interview process with minimal communication from recruiter. Passed all interview rounds except last one. Took weeks to hear back after each round. Did find the employees enjoyable to talk to. Seemed like they enjoyed the work they did.

If you were a fish, what kind of fish would you be.
Interview with the recruiter was very laid back and conversational. I was told to provide days and time the same week for the next round with hiring manager. Then nothing! Ghosted me after multiple emails. Can't even give feedback or reply to an email saying I was not selected to go to the next round. Something is better than nothing!

Pretty straightforward, nothing was out of order. Very conversational with general questions around project control, budget management, and overall team engagement. Overall pretty laid back and can carry on a good conversation around all of the topics.
