The initial process was very straightforward and enjoyable. It started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter and then moved to three 30-minute interviews with various members of the team and a writing assignment. This was all done in a 2 week period and I was told that was the end of the interview process. From there I got a call asking for references which they completed that day. It was another week before I heard from Intapp again and when they called they asked me to come in person for another round of interviews to meet with 2/3 of the people I had already had virtual interviews with. This delayed the process another week and was a bit confusing given they had already completed my reference checks and confirmed they were glowing. When I went into the office the conversations were not much different from the ones we had already had 3 weeks before. They told me it would be at least another week before I heard if I was getting an offer but all alluded that I was going to get one. Fast forward another week and a half and I got a call that they had decided to go with another candidate.
