I applied through the College Placement Cell. They conducted aptitude test on the same day as presentation in college. After that shortlisted candidates were required to fill application form followed by telephonic interview. Further shortlisted candidates were invited to the assessment center.

The process consisted of 6 rounds, namely resume screening, questionnaire, telephonic interview, pricing case study round, Technical interview and HR interview. While most of the other rounds are typically found in a normal actuarial hiring process, the pricing case study round alone is something that is unique to RSA
