The interview was for the intern Actuarial Analyst position. A standard half hour phone interview asking questions about analytical abilities, problem-solving, past experiences, etc. Two problem solving questions such as the one below.

The process consisted of 6 rounds, namely resume screening, questionnaire, telephonic interview, pricing case study round, Technical interview and HR interview. While most of the other rounds are typically found in a normal actuarial hiring process, the pricing case study round alone is something that is unique to RSA
