Recorded interview questions that had a 3-day submission time window. you can re-record each answer until you get it right and you are comfortable with your answer. questions are not very difficult and are generic not technical questions.
I completed a phone screening with the recruiter, who was friendly and seemed experienced with IT roles. They asked relevant questions about my background and clearly explained the next steps.
