I was contacted by phone and asked a few initial questions (eligability to work, brief work experience, and about my interests in the role and company), then I was told about the position and the company. We made a date for a second interview by phone the following week. The questions were related to insurance knowledge, about how I conduct my self in my current role, and why I would be a good claims representative. We made a date for a second interview but it never materialized because of a communication error.
The first interview is pre-recorded questions that you get timed to answer. If you do well on that, there was a second group interview event. A lot was going on and you don’t get a lot of 1:1 time with managers but you always have the opportunity to clear up anything before and after by email or calling the hiring manager.

1st Interview is through an ONLINE pre-recorded software. It is simple and easy to use, and you can re-record answers if you don't like the way you answered a question the first time. Next you get fun brain quizzes to test your knowledge. This is done on your own and you can take your time answering questions. If you make it past these initial interview steps you'll be scheduled for an interview with a Manager in the department you are applying. The process was easy, fun, and it taught me a lot about what to expect from working at Intact along the way.
