It is an intense behavioral interview. Be prepared with several scenarios which showcase your abilities and strengths in various situations. There are usually 2 interviewers with one taking the lead. Take your time and put thought into your answers. They will mostly be "scenario" "your action or process" and "outcome" type questions.

Upon submission, and if your resume is selected, you will be contacted to be arranged for an interview once the posting closes.
You will receive a feedback about 2 to 3 weeks after your interview.

Pregunta 1
The Interview questions were some general behavioral questions that you have answer using STAR method. There are also some specific questions that they will ask in relation to the job itself such as some technical programs you may have an experience on (e.g. company underwriting software).
Some examples of behavioral questions asked:
1. Describe a time where you have to deal with a difficult team/team member and how did you manage to overcome it.
2. Describe a situation where you have gone above an beyond of your job responsibilities for a customer.

Why would you be an ideal candidate for the position?
