They seem to think they sit on a tech goldmine and only the absolute elite may get a chance. An incredibly convoluted interview process with many steps including tasks which take hours (including recording yourself). I got passed the rounds easy enough but then absolutely nothing from the recruitment team despite many follow up emails. Hugely disrespectful to candidates time. The least you can say is "sorry you didn't pass". But no. They are too high and mighty and trying to get AI into the process as others have mentioned. Massive red flag.
