they had 2 tests, math and english. the math was SAT style with a twist and the hardest part was that there was 40 min 40 questions. a minute per question! i was not ready for that kind of speed. and the questions where all twisty, i passed my actuarial fm/2 exam so i know my numbers, but i found the time constraint realy difficult on this one.
the english test was basically they give you a paragraph describing some aspect of insurance and then they want you to write a short essay on it. after that there is a 30 question in 30 minutes vocabulary test which was BRUTAL. they asked for negative definitions and best fit kind of questions and most of the answers were kind of right. the whole thing took two hours and then you do a 30 min 1:1 interview. the interview went fine but they never called back or responded to my follow up emails.
over all worst interview ever.
heard its a nice place to work though. whatev.
