I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone screen with the manager, then a 3rd in-person and on-site interview with a team of 6 people. The interviews went very smoothly and I was more than qualified for the position but I did not receive an offer. There is not much diversity in their workplace, every single person that interviewed me was a Mormon BYU or Utah State graduate. It seems that might be the credential for being recognized as a culture fit. I later spoke with a friend who works there and he informed me that around 70% of the workforce is Mormon and it's very difficult to get in if you aren't Mormon.
