There was an over the phone interview and then a panel interview in person that lasted roughly an hour with questions all over the board to see if I was a good fit for the team.

30 minute recruiter screen which would be followed by 3 more rounds of interviews, including one hiring manager meeting, one panel meeting, and a final VP meeting.
During the screen, the recruiter said he’d be moving me forward to the next round with the hiring manager and that I would hear from him in 24-48 hours for scheduling. Not only did he never follow up, but I reached out proactively two more times with no response. It is inexcusable for a recruiter to ghost you after telling you their timeline for follow up. Not a good representation for this company.

I had a 30 minute call with the Recruiter and a 45 minute call with the Hiring Manager. The next stage was a presentation but I decided not to move forward in the process as I had received another job offer.

Terrible, kept me hanging for months. At the interview itself, the CEO didn't stand up to greet me, neither did he once look up to ask questions. Very unprofessional as he wore a baseball cap throughout.
