Fairly informal. Met with hiring manager then brought back to meet with four people. I interviewed with people I would be interacting with on a daily basis. Each interview was ~ 45 minutes. I was handed off to each new person by the last one I interviewed with. There was not one contact I had to take me through the process. I couldn't find my way out when it was over.
