Arranged interview via email and met with a recruiter on zoom. Very casual and laid back atmosphere. She was happy to answer my many questions and we chatted for a good portion of the time.

You fill out an application and do a zoom interview. They hire right on the spot. After the interview you do a week of training. You’re going to want a good pair of headphones since you’re going to be a telemarketer
