A four stage interview process combining (1) an initial 30 minute online session with the HR team, (2) a 30 minute online session with the regional team, (3) a 1-hour face-to-face interview with the regional team then (4) a final 30 minute online session with a senior team member. The process was a fairly fluid / standard interview process. The face-to-face interview required a presentation. Unfortuantely, depsite making it through all four stages, the lack of further communication following the final stage was astonishing given the positive feedback I'd received after the 3rd-stage. Despite advising I'd hear back in two weeks, it took several chases to get any acknlowledgement whatsoever untiil five weeks later. The absense of feedback speaks volumes about the culture of this company and how they view prospective employees.

What experience do you have in working with customers associated with the Construction sector?
Did the introductory interview; everything went well. I was told that I would get feedback in 3 days. Followed up twice, got ghosted, rejected after 2 weeks. It felt like a one-way channel where they can talk to you when they want to, and you can't really say anything back because they won't reply. I rarely review interview processes, but this was not a great experience in all honesty.
