Internal talent & acquisition reached out to me. I was interested, so scheduled a call with T&A, then hiring manager. Both were standard "tell me about yourself and what you want to do next"types of questions. After that, I received a take home assignment. I submitted my deck for the assignment, but did not move forward. Per the feedback I received, my deck "lacked the amount of detail they was seeking." Admittedly, I spent minimal time on it, mostly due to prioritizing my paying job. Glad to receive the feedback from the hiring manager, and didn't feel hard done, all things considered.
