The interview process for this role was incredibly drawn out, I initially applied in Oct. and interviewed well into Dec. It took ~2 weeks between each step, and often times I had to reach back out to the recruiter for follow up. The last I heard in Dec. was they were going to pause hiring for the role and would pick back up early to mid Jan. I sent a follow up to the recruiter and never heard back, after investing time and energy into a phone screen, phone call with the hiring manager, and HW assignment it would have been nice to have heard something even if it was “sorry we’re moving forward with another candidate”. The lack of follow up doesn’t bode well for how the company operates.
