Here, you will discuss the basic duties, company mission, whether the pay range is appropriate to you and get the overall feel for what you will be doing. If there is a match, an interview is scheduled with the hiring managers where you will be walked through a series of behavioral and job relevant experience questions. Processing time was quick. Week after week clear, consecutive communication regarding the interview process was maintained. A decision was made within the same week the hiring management interview was scheduled.
