I had a phone interview with someone in Talent Acquisition, and then a video interview with two individuals from the leadership team. It was positive overall, although I found it strange that I didn't hear anything for maybe 2 weeks and suddenly I got a call from TA saying they wanted to make me an offer. I really wanted to work for this company, but the salary they were offering for the level of work they wanted this role to do was just too low. They wanted this position to interact with company CEO's and travel quite a bit, and they need more competitive compensation for that kind of job.
